Accountant

Bubbles Car Care, a rapidly growing automotive care company based in Karachi, Pakistan, specializes in professional car detailing, paint protection, PPF, ceramic coating, and other vehicle-care services. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee daily financial records while also supporting basic HR administration and inventory management. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting, manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and provide timely financial information to management. This role also includes maintaining HR records and managing inventory for materials, products, and consumables used in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:
Maintain accurate daily accounting and financial records, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments. Manage cash and bank transactions with proper reconciliations, and maintain accounts payable and receivable. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports while monitoring outstanding customer and supplier balances. Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of management accounts. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records. Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other relevant parties on financial matters to keep accounting records accurate, complete, and up to date.

Basic HR Administration:
Maintain employee attendance and leave records, along with updated employee files and basic HR documentation. Assist in monthly payroll preparation and track salaries, advances, loans, incentives, and other employee-related payments. Keep records of employee joining, resignation, and other HR matters. Support management in implementing basic HR policies and administrative procedures.

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock, and consumable items. Record stock receipts, issues, and transfers while monitoring stock levels to identify shortages or unusual variances. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records. Maintain documentation for purchases and material usage. Coordinate with workshop and operations teams to keep inventory records updated and assist management in monitoring inventory costs and wastage.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in service, automotive, retail, or workshop environments. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles is required, along with proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and possess good numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to independently manage routine accounting and administrative tasks are critical. Good communication and coordination skills are also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in inventory management and basic HR administration is preferred. The ideal candidate will be honest, trustworthy, organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented. Being proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality is important. Comfort with working with numbers and records, along with a willingness to take ownership beyond assigned tasks, is highly valued. Candidates must have their own transportation for commuting.

Compensation: Rs75,000 to Rs80,000 per month
