Accountant

With over five years of experience in ERP systems, the ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, banking operations, import handling, and financial reporting. This role demands proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, invoicing, payroll processing, budgeting, cash-flow management, tax documentation, audit support, and financial analysis. Candidates must submit a Picture Resume as a prerequisite for consideration. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs225,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records within the ERP system.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger to support financial integrity.
- Prepare and process invoices, payroll, and budgeting activities in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs and financial stability.
- Handle import documentation and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth import operations.
- Prepare and maintain tax documentation and assist with audit processes to ensure compliance.
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with ERP systems in finance and accounting roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, banking operations, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger management, and invoicing.
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, cash-flow management, and tax documentation.
- Ability to support audit activities and perform detailed financial analysis.
- Submission of a Picture Resume is mandatory for application consideration.
