Bubbles Car Care is a growing automotive care company specializing in professional car detailing, paint protection, PPF, ceramic coating, and related vehicle-care services. We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial records, support basic HR administration, and oversee inventory management. The successful candidate will maintain accurate accounting data, handle financial transactions, prepare reports, and assist management with financial insights. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records and managing inventory for materials and consumables used across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accurate daily accounting and financial records.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Manage cash and bank transactions with proper reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding balances from customers and suppliers.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Basic HR Administration
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Keep updated employee files and basic HR documentation.
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
- Track salaries, advances, loans, incentives, and other employee payments.
- Maintain records of employee joining, resignations, and other HR-related matters.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and administrative procedures.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock, and consumables.
- Record stock receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or unusual variances.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records.
- Maintain documentation for purchases and material usage.
- Coordinate with workshop and operations teams to update inventory records.
- Assist management in monitoring inventory costs and wastage.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in service, automotive, retail, or workshop environments.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting and administrative tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation
Monthly salary range: PKR 75,000 – 80,000

This is an in-person position based in Karachi.
