Accountant

Metallic Solutions, a leading designer and manufacturer of pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, storage tanks, conveyors, elevators, and other industrial solutions, is seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant based in Kasur. The company serves a diverse range of commercial and industrial clients, delivering durable and customized metal engineering products with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and reliability. Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Monitor costs associated with manufacturing projects, track inventory, and manage fixed assets accounting.
- Support internal financial reporting for management decision-making.
- Assist with tax documentation and coordinate with external auditors as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with operations and procurement teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundational accounting skills encompassing bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience with accounting software and spreadsheet tools such as ERP systems and MS Excel, with the ability to maintain organized digital records.
- Solid knowledge of local tax laws, compliance requirements, and basic audit procedures.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the capability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CA, or CMA is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing company, with familiarity in inventory and fixed asset accounting, is preferred.
