Creative Lighting Pvt Ltd, located in Lahore, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the company’s overall financial stability. This role demands strong analytical abilities and proficiency in accounting software to effectively manage day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage the general ledger for all transaction types.
- Prepare daily daybook entries and coordinate their timely submission to the Islamabad office.
- Efficiently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle cash and bank transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Coordinate all activities related to accounts receivable and payable to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Settle employee ledger accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare employment letters as required by the company.
- Maintain comprehensive records of company registrations and vendor information.
- Manage procurement documentation and related dealings to support purchasing activities.
- Keep detailed records of employee attendance for payroll and compliance purposes.
- Maintain withholding tax deduction records in accordance with applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong communication and reporting skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees are preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector or within lighting and engineering industries is highly desirable.
