We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing essential financial documents. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth financial operations. The position is based near COMSATS University on Defence Road, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial records and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and comprehensive financial reports for internal and external use.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly and maintain all financial documentation systematically.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
- Relevant hands-on experience in accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency and practical experience with Odoo ERP software is essential.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary range is between PKR 60,000 to PKR 70,000 per month, along with additional benefits.
- Work location is on-site at Defence Road near COMSATS University Lahore.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the salary offered and the location.
- Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
- Prior relevant experience in accounting is required to ensure familiarity with financial processes.
