The Big Book Store, located in Peoples Colony, Gujranwala, is seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated Accountant to join their team. This role involves managing daily accounting tasks, handling customer interactions, and supporting the online store operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth financial and administrative functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage basic accounts using accounting software or applications.
- Prepare and manage invoices and purchase orders accurately.
- Maintain daily accounting records to ensure up-to-date financial data.
- Handle customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Oversee the online store and manage related orders.
- Conduct follow-up calls for payment recoveries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with customers regarding their orders and payments.
- Perform routine accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience using accounting software or apps.
- Proficient computer skills and effective communication abilities.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant work experience will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary range: PKR 30,000 to 50,000 per month.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a one-hour break.
- Lunch and refreshments are provided during working hours.
- Overtime work is compensated with paid overtime.
- Annual bonus is available based on performance.
- The position requires working six days a week.
