We are looking to expand our reach and grow our client base by hiring adynamic, motivated Sales Executive in Pakistan.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and helping to expand our presence in the UK market. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the UK market.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Present and explain our accountancy services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Work closely with the marketing and accountancy teams to follow up on leads and ensure successful service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and insights to help shape sales strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the services industry (accountancy experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the UK market and the ability to tailor sales strategies to this demographic.
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and verbal).
- Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with clients remotely.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools, including Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A background in accountancy or finance is desirable but not essential.
