We are looking for a Professional Accountant to join our Accounting Department for a permanent full-time position. He/ She will manage and coordinate all aspects of accounting.
About the company:
Accounting Estate is an Accounting Firm located in Islamabad that serves businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations by preparing their financial statements, tax returns and advising them on financial matters. We manage their cash flows and manage their finance as well.
What you'll be working on :
- Keeping account books and systems up to date
- Maintain Proper Vouchers and their Files for record
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation with Bank statement and proper supporting documents
- Review monthly revenue and expenses
- Manage and report daily cash and prepare cash forecast, monitor collection activities, and working capital.
- Compile monthly financial statements, monthly accounting schedules conduct financial analysis on monthly statements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
