AccountingEstate is an Accounting Firm located in Islamabad that serves businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations by preparing their financial statements, tax returns and advising them on financial transactions. About the Position:
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Financial team for a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will report to the CEO directly. He/She will manage and coordinate all aspects of accounting and will be responsible for conducting high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses, and overhead. If you are highly detail-oriented and capable of analyzing data with creativity and innovation in mind, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be working on :
- Keeping account books and systems up to date
- Maintain Proper Vouchers and their Files for record
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation with Bank statement and proper supporting documents
- Petty Cash Management
- Review monthly revenue and expenses
- Manage and report daily cash and prepare cash forecast, monitor collection activities, and working capital.
- Compile monthly financial statements, monthly accounting schedules conduct financial analysis on monthly statements.
Requirements : Exciting Benefits we offer:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Post-Secondary Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
