We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting professional with a strong background in managing comprehensive financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, combined with the ability to analyze financial data and support strategic decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting operations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and detailed financial reports for management review.
- Oversee tax returns, tax filings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain effective financial control.
- Lead the monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support both internal and external audits.
- Conduct financial analysis, track budget performance, and provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
- Identify financial discrepancies, assess associated risks, and recommend improvements to accounting procedures and controls.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of taxation, including tax returns, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Experience managing monthly and annual financial closing processes and supporting audit activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, maintain accurate financial records, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
