Accounting Graduate (Fresher or Early-Career)

AXCESS is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounting graduate to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience who are eager to develop their skills in a professional environment. The role is based in Liberty, Gulberg, Lahore, with office hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000, depending on skills and experience. This is a full-time role designed to provide hands-on experience in various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and enter financial transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and ledger entries.
- Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Identify and resolve errors, discrepancies, and unusual entries promptly.
- Aid in the preparation of tax, audit, and compliance documentation.
- Organize and maintain financial files to ensure they are current and accessible.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (candidates with BBA, B.Com, or ACCA/CA finalist/student status are also encouraged to apply).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Clear communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Integrity, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
