Accounting Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing core finance functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage core finance functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, exception items, and fixed asset accounting.
- Analyze periodic financial reports and assist in financial and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Review and reconcile financial data regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and oversee journal entries and adjustments to maintain accurate records, files, and statements.
- Maintain high delivery quality standards and ensure all finance activities adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Ensure all finance functions comply with relevant policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead, supervise, and assist in the appraisal of finance personnel to foster team development and performance.

Required Qualifications

- ACCA finalist or CA Finalist with completed articleship.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Mandatory experience with US-based accounting practices.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop versions) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Experience working in a BPO environment will be considered an advantage.
- This is a night shift position; candidates must be willing to work during night hours to be considered for the role.
