Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions for various clients, ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met with timely and accurate service. The supervisor will manage client accounts, coordinate with the headquarters in Saudi Arabia, and work closely with accounting teams to monitor project progress and resolve any issues. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients’ books of accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Coordinate effectively with the Saudi Arabia headquarters and internal accounting teams to streamline processes.
- Monitor project timelines and progress, addressing any challenges promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and track performance metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services that align with client needs and firm capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure client accounting strategies align with overall firm objectives.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to manage expectations and foster trust.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated expertise in account supervision, portfolio management, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of audit, accounting, and tax principles, with at least five years of experience in professional services or financial consulting preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
