MAF BIS Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance to join their Karachi office. This role requires a professional with at least one year of relevant experience in accounting and finance, capable of conducting thorough financial evaluations and business verifications. The position involves field visits across Karachi to estimate income, assess assets, and verify business operations. The ideal candidate will be independent, deadline-driven, and proficient in preparing detailed financial reports while utilizing MS Excel for data analysis. This full-time, on-site role combines practical fieldwork with fundamental accounting responsibilities to support the company’s credit and financial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct income estimation and financial evaluations by visiting markets, shops, and various business locations.
- Perform business verification and asset valuation through direct on-site assessments.
- Collect, verify, and analyze business income, sales, expenses, and asset information with accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports based on market research and business activity assessments.
- Review basic financial statements and supporting documents to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize MS Excel for financial calculations and detailed data analysis.
- Identify discrepancies and potential risks within the collected financial and business information.
- Maintain organized records and systematically file supporting documents.
- Complete all field assignments and financial reports within established deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong observation skills and effective information-gathering techniques during field visits.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely through written reports.
- Work independently without direct supervision while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Travel extensively throughout Karachi to conduct evaluations and verifications.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge to support financial evaluation processes.
