Capital Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited, located in Islamabad, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This full-time, office-based position involves supporting the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with daily accounting tasks. The role is essential for ensuring smooth financial operations and effective management within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and related documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Efficiently process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements and company accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Support payroll processing and accurately track company expenses.
- Organize and file financial documents systematically.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on various financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and established financial procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Commerce (D.Com) or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields such as B.Com or BBA.
- Between 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preference will be given to part-qualified ACCA candidates.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software is required.
