We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT), Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be female and possess strong communication skills, particularly in English, as the role involves direct interaction with international B2B clients. Key Responsibilities

- Manage routine account administration and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record and categorize financial transactions with precision.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
- Prepare invoices, bills, payment entries, and expense records.
- Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and other financial records.
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting tasks.
- Communicate professionally with international clients regarding accounting and account-related matters.
- Address client queries promptly and provide clear, professional support.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary financial documents and information.
- Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of accounting processes and records.
- Support the accounting team with additional finance-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of practical accounting experience, including account administration.
- Experience working with international clients is essential.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Professional and confident client communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
