Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center (SKMCH&RC) is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through innovation and commitment. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive specializing in Fixed Assets to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate fixed asset records within the Hospital Information System (HIS), ensuring data integrity and supporting asset management processes. This position requires close coordination with various departments to conduct regular physical inspections of fixed assets, contributing to the hospital’s operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update location-wise fixed asset records in the Hospital Information System (HIS) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct periodic physical verification and inspection of fixed assets in collaboration with respective departments.
- Reconcile fixed asset data with physical inventory and report discrepancies for resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of fixed asset schedules and reports for internal and external audits.
- Support the Finance Department in asset capitalization, depreciation calculations, and asset disposal processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth asset tracking and management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and accounting standards related to fixed assets.
- Provide timely and accurate information related to fixed assets as required by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fixed asset management or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to work efficiently in a Hospital Information System (HIS) environment.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
