We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join a reputable organization based in DHA, Karachi. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable summaries to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and other financial matters to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Assist in daily accounting and finance operations, supporting the team as needed.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation to back all financial activities and audits.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
- ACCA (Part Qualified/Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate) status.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients.
- Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for client interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and a solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
Candidates must be available to join immediately and be comfortable working onsite at the DHA, Karachi location.
