Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be based in the Kamahan area of Lahore and should have strong accounting skills along with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software. This role is suited for a professional with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who can work independently while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and process accounting entries related to withholding tax and sales tax, ensuring adherence to FBR/IRIS regulations. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable by reconciling invoices and payments promptly. Utilize Excel and CRM software effectively to manage financial data and client information. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support efficient account management. Ensure timely preparation of financial reports for management review. Assist in auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and financial data. Monitor compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for transactions and reconciliations. Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all financial information. Stay updated on current tax laws and accounting standards relevant to the company. Demonstrate initiative and reliability by working independently without direct team management responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), MBA, or CA Inter qualification. 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong command of MS Excel and CRM software. Practical knowledge of accounting principles, bank reconciliation, ledgers, vouchers, taxation, and familiarity with FBR/IRIS systems. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
