Dr. Masood Homoeopathic Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join its Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and daily accounting operations. This full-time role requires someone who can efficiently manage accounting records and support the finance department in various tasks to ensure smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and organize vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and manage daily banking transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities in a timely manner.
- Keep detailed records of expenses, payments, and collections.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Perform data entry tasks ensuring accuracy of all accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments on financial and accounting matters.
- Assist in audit-related activities by providing necessary documentation.
- Carry out other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
