Accounts Executive

TAB Developers is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Executive to join their team in Lahore Cantt on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations and ERP systems, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage daily accounting tasks independently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing real estate company and work closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Update bank ledgers and record daily transaction entries accurately.
- Prepare and reconcile weekly bank statements to ensure consistency.
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and maintain comprehensive financial records.
- Oversee vendor payables and receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track dues and maintain clear payment schedules.
- Assist the Accounts Manager with financial reporting, audits, and documentation.
- Handle petty cash management and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software applications.
- Practical experience in vendor management, payables, receivables, and tax compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA or CA Inter certification is preferred.
- Strong command of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
