Accounts Executive

Golden Girl Cosmetics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting practices, auditing, and taxation, combined with excellent analytical and organizational skills. This full-time position operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and requires working on-site in Lahore. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
- Manage bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support both internal and external audit activities, ensuring all relevant documentation is properly maintained.
- Assist with tax calculations, filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and organization of all accounting transactions and financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts, auditing, and taxation.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software applications.
- Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
