Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with ERP-based software and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. This is a permanent, in-person position located at Thokar Multan Road, Lahore, offering an opportunity to contribute to the preparation and management of financial statements within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform data entry tasks within accounting software to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Utilize ERP-based software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or ODOO for daily accounting operations.
- Apply fundamental accounting concepts to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Manage work pressure effectively while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Leverage knowledge of Oracle software where applicable to enhance accounting processes.
- Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn, including participation in relevant training or certification programs related to ERP systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to ERP software environments.
- Clear understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Proven experience working with at least one ERP-based accounting software platform.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Training certifications or formal education related to ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or ODOO are highly encouraged and considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is a plus and will be advantageous in this role.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
