Accounts Executive

Flink Freight Logistics Inc., a Canadian company headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, with a growing operations hub in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is looking for an experienced accountant to join their onsite team in Saddar, Rawalpindi. The company specializes in freight forwarding, dispatch, and supply chain solutions across North America. This role involves managing financial operations within a dynamic logistics environment. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced international company.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounts using QuickBooks, ensuring all full-cycle accounting processes are accurately followed.
- Efficiently handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare detailed and accurate financial reports and statements for internal stakeholders.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Support daily accounting operations to assist the finance team.
- Maintain precise financial records and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of practical accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, including full-cycle accounting tasks.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial activities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet strict deadlines.
