Accounts Executives Male/Female

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-proficient accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with accounting software and be familiar with automation procedures related to accounting tasks. This role involves managing bank reconciliations, maintaining general ledgers for both customers and vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns. The candidate should be proactive in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise within the accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting software to manage and automate accounting processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Maintain general ledgers for customers and vendors, addressing any inconsistencies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns as required.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and support team management activities.
- Draft professional emails and communications as needed.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager or CEO.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related area.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer applications and accounting software.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with the team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and tax filing processes is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing teams and handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs55,000.
