We are seeking a motivated Fresh CA Inter candidate with a background in Accounting and Finance, Commerce, or Business, preferably with substantial finance or accounting studies. Candidates with equivalent relevant pathways may also be considered, provided they can demonstrate their subject knowledge through assessment. The role requires basic proficiency in spreadsheet use, strong numerical reasoning skills, clear communication, and a keen willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Support accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and balance-sheet reconciliations by providing appropriate evidence and review notes.
- Prepare journal entries and month-end schedules under supervision, ensuring compliance with approved accounting policies.
- Maintain cash flow forecasts, collections, and payment trackers, verifying all assumptions used in the process.
- Assist in the analysis of inventory, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Support audit requests, maintain control documentation, and assist with compliance activities under qualified supervision.
- Prepare clear and concise management summaries and work on improving reporting checks without bypassing necessary approvals.

Required Qualifications

- Fresh CA Inter qualification or equivalent relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business.
- Demonstrable knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, verified through assessment.
- Basic spreadsheet skills and numerical reasoning capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience or familiarity with financial reporting and audit support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000.
- Expected working hours are 48 hours per week.
