Inventio Tech Solutions is offering a paid internship opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to join our finance team at the Thokar Niaz Baig office in Lahore. This three-month internship is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, system-driven e-commerce environment. Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 15,000 to 25,000, depending on prior experience, and will work under the remote supervision of the Accounts & Finance Manager. This role provides valuable exposure to real-world accounting practices within a UK-registered company and offers the chance to develop skills in financial software, teamwork, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and data entry using Excel and QuickBooks
- Support payroll calculations and maintain accurate documentation
- Aid in monthly audits and ensure precise financial record-keeping
- Maintain vendor payment logs and track company expenses
- Coordinate with HR and dispatch departments to collect relevant financial data
- Ensure timely formatting and submission of all financial documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
