Accounts Intern

KGT Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join their finance team at the Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This full-time internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting, payroll, and attendance management while working closely with experienced professionals. The role requires working onsite during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 20,000 to 25,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accurate data entry of financial transactions.
- Help prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Support the management of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and record maintenance.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, verifying data for payroll accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports.
- Perform additional accounts-related tasks as assigned by the finance team.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Willingness to work the designated night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Ability to work onsite at the Nazimabad No. 1 location.
- Strong eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities.
