Accounts Intern

KGT Global is offering an exciting full-time internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join their finance team at the Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This role provides practical exposure to various accounting functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and attendance management, while working closely with experienced professionals. The internship requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and involves hands-on participation in day-to-day accounting operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate data entry of financial transactions.
- Help prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Support the management of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Participate in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and maintaining payroll records.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, verifying data to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic filing of all financial records.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports as required by the finance team.
- Perform any additional accounts-related duties assigned by the finance department.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to manage data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Availability to work onsite at the Nazimabad No. 1 location in Karachi.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities within the finance team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management is an advantage.
- Monthly stipend ranging between PKR 20,000 and 25,000.
