Accounts Intern

KGT Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join their finance team at the Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting, payroll, and attendance management by working closely with experienced professionals. The role requires working onsite during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 20,000 to 25,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accurate data entry of financial transactions.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Help manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Aid in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and record keeping.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, verifying attendance data for payroll accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports as required.
- Perform any additional accounts-related tasks assigned by the finance team.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Ability to work onsite at the Nazimabad No. 1 location.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities in a professional environment.
