Accounts Intern - Leading to Full Time Job.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Accounts & Finance team at Mohsyn, located in Islamabad - Naval Anchorage. This full-time internship is designed for fresh graduates or final-year students and offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting within a dynamic and growing organisation. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, recording daily transactions, and supporting the team in keeping the books of accounts well-organised and up to date. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full-time job offer.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, invoices, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate and updated books of accounts using accounting software.
- Organise financial documents, invoices, vouchers, and supporting records systematically.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and verify financial entries for accuracy.
- Support the Accounts team in preparing basic financial reports and monthly closing activities.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and collaborate with the team to resolve them.

Required Qualifications

- Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and excellent organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to accounting software and ERP systems.
- Responsible and dependable with a professional approach to handling financial records.
