Novaplast Custom Molders Pvt Ltd, a prominent player in the auto parts manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and precise financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare and review vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
- Assist in payroll processing and vendor payment management.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities to ensure compliance.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external parties as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in accounting, with preference given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Good communication skills and ability to prepare clear financial reports.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
