We are a well-established steel products manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Officer to manage daily financial transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and ensuring that accounting books are consistently balanced and up to date. This role demands a meticulous approach to financial management and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Ledger Management: Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records with precision.
Invoicing: Prepare, dispatch, and follow up on invoices to guarantee timely payment collections.
Reconciliation: Perform daily or monthly bank reconciliations and address any discrepancies promptly.
Reporting: Assist senior management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Documentation: Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents, receipts, and vouchers.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, ACCA, CA (Inter), or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software is essential.
Attention to Detail: Strong numerical accuracy and minimal tolerance for errors.
Ethics: Demonstrated integrity and the ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
