Accounts Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join our Finance Accounting team at Service Retail Pvt Ltd, located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable, overseeing departmental expenses, and ensuring accurate financial processing. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment, supporting month-end closing activities and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Oversee departmental expense management, including budgeting and monitoring expenditures.
- Perform vendor reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle employee expense management, verifying and processing claims.
- Assist in invoice verification and processing to maintain compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications

- MBA, M.Com, or ACCA (Part-Qualified) with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
