Accounts Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing essential financial documents. This role requires proficiency in Odoo ERP and strong skills in financial reporting to support the company’s financial operations effectively. The position is based near Defence Road, close to COMSATS University Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial records and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and comprehensive financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain organized financial documentation.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting experience, ideally between 2 to 3 years.
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month.
- Additional benefits as per company policy.
- Work location is in-person at Defence Road, near COMSATS University Lahore.
