Accounts Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily accounting operations, including billing, sales tax invoicing, and inventory reconciliation. This position requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently to ensure smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily commercial bills and generate accurate, professional customer invoices.
- Create and maintain sales tax invoices in compliance with applicable Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies found.
- Maintain financial ledgers and daily bookkeeping records, including recording bank transactions.
- Assist with routine financial reporting and perform accounting data entry as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration with a focus on Finance (BBA Finance), Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or an equivalent accounting qualification.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in industrial accounting, sales tax invoicing, and stock control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Excellent numerical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
