Accounts Officer

A.J. Corporation is seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officers to join its dynamic accounting team at the Head Office located in DHA Phase 12, EME Sector, Lahore. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience to develop their accounting skills in a professional and supportive environment. Candidates with experience in the construction industry will be given preference. The position requires in-person attendance and offers a monthly salary range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support senior accounting staff in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Participate in internal audits and assist with documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), BS in Accounting & Finance, Master of Commerce (M.Com), or MBA with a specialization in Accounting & Finance.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
