We are seeking a skilled International Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have solid experience in accounts payable, particularly with international vendors, and possess excellent English communication skills. This role requires managing vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations while working closely with global clients. The position is fully onsite in Lahore and involves handling international calls and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations efficiently.
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately.
- Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Process and track vendor payments to ensure timely settlements.
- Perform month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records and documentation.
- Utilize QuickBooks software for accounting and AP-related tasks.
- Communicate professionally with international vendors and clients via calls and emails.
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment and invoice-related issues.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, vendor reconciliation, and payment processes.
- Proven experience with month-end closing activities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience handling international inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Lahore-based candidates are preferred.
