Accounts Receivable Manager

The Innovative Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team and support U.S.-based operations. This role is based onsite at I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, and operates during the night shift from 7 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience managing accounts receivable functions and leading a team, with a strong understanding of U.S. accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete U.S. Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, collections, and cash application processes. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, overdue balances, and collection targets to ensure timely cash flow. Resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and customer account issues efficiently. Oversee account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare detailed AR reports and track key performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Lead and mentor the AR team while coordinating with U.S.-based clients and internal departments. Ensure strict compliance with accounting policies and internal control procedures.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable management, including team leadership responsibilities. A strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and AR processes is required. Experience with collections, reconciliations, and AR aging reports is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP is expected. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
