We’re Hiring | Accounts Receivable Manager The Innovative Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team and support U.S.-based operations.
📍 Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi - Onsite
🌙 Shift: Night Shift | 7 PM - 3 AM
📅 Monday–Friday
💼 Experience: 3-4 Years
Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end US Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, collections, and cash application.Monitor AR aging, overdue balances, and collection targets.
Resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and customer account issues.
Oversee account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare AR reports and monitor KPIs, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Lead the AR team and coordinate with US-based clients and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-4+ years of AR experience, including team leadership.
Strong knowledge of US accounting and AR processes.
Experience with collections, reconciliations, and AR aging reports.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
US healthcare or medical billing AR experience is preferred, where relevant.
