Accounts Specialist-Home Textile

Textile City Inc., a Mississauga-based home textile company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for its Lahore office located in Garden Town. This full-time position requires working in-person from Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays being a half day. The role operates on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home textile sales, product development coordination, and managing international clients. This position demands excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects and sales teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate product development activities to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Develop and implement best practices to enhance product development processes.
- Oversee product development within approved budgets and timelines.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss new product ideas and resolve any issues.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed product specifications.
- Recommend innovative designs for both existing and new product collections.
- Guide product upgrades to align with evolving business and market demands.
- Ensure accurate and consistent communication between design, development, and sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support key product development decisions.
- Review product designs and suggest necessary improvements.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the home textile industry.
- Experience in IT and/or home textile sales is essential.
- 5 to 6 years of experience working in a call center environment as a sales representative or sales closer.
- MBA in Marketing from LUMS, Punjab University, or any other well-reputed and recognized university.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, sales teams, and international clients simultaneously.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per the schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- A background in IT is preferred to complement the sales and product development responsibilities.
- The candidate must be located in Lahore and able to work on-site.
