Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks and maintain precise financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support compliance efforts related to income tax and sales tax/VAT filings.
- Aid in account reconciliations and prepare documentation for audits.
- Provide assistance in financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Manage client account information and contribute to client relationship management.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and resolve complex issues.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating within teams.
- Solid understanding of fundamental finance and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in customer service with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience in account management, including recordkeeping and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and related financial tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.
