Responsibilities:
- Entertaining the inquiries received from other departments to import/ Procure.
- Coordination with the internal department for in-house approvals.
- Liaises with key company employees to determine their product & service needs.
- Raising orders to the supplier/vendor after finalizing the offer.
- Engage with suppliers for commercial terms & price negotiations for the best price & minimum lead time.
