Plan, motivate and convince customers /clients to ensure maximum sales and achieve targets assigned by sales head.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Their work includes:
- Study ,understand and analyse sale products
- Devise strategy to pursue the attainment of sales product
- Establish contacts and develop relationships with potential customers
- Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance about new opportunities
- Remain abreast with market environment to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Arrange meetings with potential clients
- Prepare a wholesome and attractive presentations and be proficient in its delivery to customers
- Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required
- Aim to achieve assigned weekly or monthly targets
- Negotiate and close deals
- Be mindful of initiating and maintaining proper paper work about sales
- Must comply with company’s dress code policy i.e.
- Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
