Telesales Representative

Ace Services is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative fluent in English communication to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct interaction with customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services effectively. The successful candidate will work onsite at Misaqul Mall, Faisalabad, and operate during the night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth through exceptional telesales performance. The candidate must possess strong spoken and written English skills and be ready to handle telesales operations that require professionalism, patience, and persuasive communication. While prior telesales or call center experience is preferred, freshers with excellent English skills will also be considered. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems will be advantageous. This role emphasizes developing customer relations, managing calls efficiently, and achieving sales targets without managing a team.
Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from international clients
• Introduce and explain the company's construction estimation services to potential customers
• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals in a timely manner
• Convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales and estimation teams to align on client requirements
• Prepare basic sales reports on call activity and conversions
