Sales Engineer

ACET Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional who can understand client technical needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. The Sales Engineer acts as a bridge between clients and the technical team, helping to ensure excellent product fit and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This role involves collaborating with various departments to drive success in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. In this position, the Sales Engineer will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and support solution discussions with clients. Building strong, lasting relationships is key, as is identifying new opportunities to grow business with existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, technically knowledgeable, and skilled in solution selling, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet client and company objectives.
Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Support pre-sales activities including needs analysis and proposal development.

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams to help improve products and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards.
