Objective 1
Enter CMAM/IYCF/SC programme data into the relevant software's and tools
Tasks & responsibilities
- Consolidate the daily nutrition data from the field staff and enter into NIS for weekly/ Monthly reporting
- Establish relative databases and analytical templates for other data entry, summary, and presentation
- Maintain record of refferals for Immunization, MM Supplementation as well as refferals of ANC,PNC
- Check the quality of the data to be entered and inform the immediate supervisor of any problems;
- Calculate the time needed for data entry and keep your immediate supervisor informed of its progress;
- Inputs in ACF internal reporting like NER/APR
- Input the data from the various tools in the agreed upon format ;
- Check and clean the entered data;
- Summarize the entered data in the form of a report.
Objective 2
Analyze the data as per the requirement of the assessment and Survey
Tasks & responsibilities
- Elaborate statistics tables to sort and cross the data;
- Write a report on the results;
- Propose improvements in data collection.
- Use the data for default tracing and giving feedback of program progress to the programs.
- Identifying errors/problems in transfers, relapses of patients and giving relevant feedback.
- Produce Quarterly complete analysis of the projects.
Objective 3
Manage the data for future use/reference
Tasks & responsibilities
- File the data collection Tools and computer data;
- Save the data entries regularly as well as the statistical results.
- Backup all databases and project documents.
- Manage data, formats, standard reports in such a way which can be easily and quickly retrieved.
- To take initiative for imporvent of data collection tools and database
- Provide lists of ongoing beneficiaries to filed staff on montly basis extracted from NIS
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP
Internal
- Should build and maintain effective relationships, with their team, colleagues, members, external partners and supporters.
- Should be approachable, a good listener and easy-to-talk-to.
- Should keep check on the staff to get the relevant data on time
External
- Should be in good liaison with the cluster, UN agency IMOs, PPHI and the DoH.
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely submission of weekly /monthly NIS (XML) to ACF, required database for donors and other required reports to line manager and ACF International Capital office.
To participate in preparing different NIS reports and analysis /presentations required for the management.
Note: Candidates from the local UCs and districts will be given preference.
