Objective 1

To enter and analyze data in the relevant software

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Input data from the various tools in the agreed upon format ;
  • Gather and extract relevant data/information from HH questionnaires and other records;
  • Responsible for entering data into database template with minimum chances of error;
  • Calculate the time needed for data entry and keep your immediate supervisor informed of its progress;
  • Check and clean the entered data;
  • Manage data entry using smart phones (as and when required);
  • Provide unique ID to each HH questionnaire for smooth tracking as per survey needs;
  • Cross verification of all the data;
  • Summarize and analyze the data as per survey requirement under the supervision of PQA Manager;
  • Present the analyze and summary in a written report;
  • Use different software for analysis (as and when required);
  • Identify issues in entering or finding data and give feedback to supervisor.

Objective 2

To maintain comprehensive records and report in a timely manner

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Submit all project related required and requested reports and adhoc updates on time;
  • Maintain, document and handover all project data records in an organised and complete manner to enable audit of the project;
  • Participate in the weekly coordination meetings, or other ad hoc internal meetings as requested;
  • Prepare handover/end of mission reports to cover periods of leave and/or upon exit from the project.

Objective 3

To support data collection as required

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits and support in data collection as required;
  • Coordinate with partner staff for joint assessments/data collection exercise.
  • Train data entry clears on databases and data entry procedures
  • Random quality checks over partners data entry clerks (as and when required) 

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP

Internal

  • Should build and maintain effective relationships, with their team, colleagues, members, external partners and supporters.
  • Should be approachable, a good listener and easy-to-talk-to.
  • Should keep check on the staff to get the relevant data on time

External

  • Should be in good liaison with implementing partners, cluster, UN agency IMOs, PPHI  and the DoH.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily / Weekly/ Monthly Sit Reps;
  • Cluster reporting and other reporting data .
  • Other project specific reports as requested.
