- Should have worked with Magento 1x and 2x.
- Understanding of Magento's code structure, extension architecture and theme hierarchy.
- Familiar with procedures in customising Magento's front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates.
- Manage store catalogue (categories /products/ attributes)
- Competitive knowledge of programming in Core PHP is required.
- Good knowledge of Database design and writing SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience on least one of the following platforms CodeIgniter or Laravel.
- Should be able to use JQuery and AJAX.
- Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
- Knowledge of and experience applying design patterns and implementing industry best practices required.
Experience of working with other programming languages such as ASP.NET or ASP Classic will be a definite plus.
